- In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, sugar-free sweetener, dry coconut flakes, sugar-free coconut condensed milk, butter/ghee, salt, whole milk, saffron threads, and a little water.
- Mix well to form a soft dough.

- Divide the dough into small portions.
- Roll each portion into a round shape using a rolling pin, similar to making a roti or chapati.
- Place raisins and sliced almonds on top of each round.

- Use a cookie cutter to cut the dough into small circular shapes.

- Heat cooking oil in a frying pan.
- Fry the prepared Nimki until they turn golden brown.
