In a bowl, mix chicken winglets with soy sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar, black pepper, salt, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, and an egg.

Coat well with corn starch/corn flour and salt.

Marinate for 15-20 minutes.

- Heat oil in a frying pan. Deep fry the marinated lollipops until golden brown (about 4-5 minutes).

- In a wok, heat oil and sauté onions, garlic, spring onions, and jalapenos.
- Add salt, tomato ketchup, hot sauce, red chilli sauce, soy sauce, and mix well.
- Stir in sugar/sweetener and water for a minute.

- Add corn slurry to the wok and stir until it reaches a thick consistency.

Coat the Lollipops:
- Add the fried lollipops to the sauce, ensuring they are well coated.

- Garnish with spring onions.
